Terms & Conditions

  • All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. 
  • Your deposit is valid for 1 year from the date the payment is made if You do not have a booked appointment. We are not able to keep inside deposits for years without an appointment booked. 
  • If you and the artist cannot come to an agreement about the actual design of the tattoo on the day of your appointment and leave the shop without a tattoo, you lose your deposit. 
  • Rescheduling your booked appointment is only possible twice with the same deposit BUT the rescheduling request has to be submitted to us AT LEAST 4 days before your appointment
  • If you are more than 40 minutes late for your appointment and do not let us know in advance the artist WILL CANCEL your appointment and your DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST. We are on a tight schedule, meaning, if you do not show up on time, your tattoo will not be completed.
  • If you have any skin irritation or condition inc. eczema / psoriasis / sunburn / tanning or
    peeling or any form of irritation, please let us know before your appointment, as we may not be able to tattoo you.
  • We also advise not booking a tattoo until 4 weeks after returning from a holiday where you were exposed to strong sunlight
    as you may have a tan or burnt skin. If you show up to the tattoo appointment with any of these skin conditions on the area where you want the tattoo to be drawn and we cannot tattoo you, you may lose the deposit. So please tell us about any skin conditions prior to the appointment.
  • Please DO NOT apply tanning creams to your skin before your tattoo session.
  • If you book for a cover up tattoo without letting us know in advance that this would be a cover up, or a work on previously lazered skin, we may refuse to tattoo you on the day.
  • We DO NOT send you designs in advance of your appointment BUT we are happy to make changes to the design to accommodate your wishes once you are at the shop.
  • With large scale projects, e.g. full sleeve, full back etc. you have the option to carry  the same deposit to consecutive appointments and deposit will be deducted on the last appointment upon completion of the sleeve in this case. 
  • Our prices are NOT PER HOUR. Design or session prices which include the design planning as well.
  • We are not licensed to sell or use any numbing products. If you want to use it on yourself, then the responsibility is yours, if anything goes wrong with the healing of the tattoo we cannot be held accountable.
  • Please come to your appointment alone.
  • Always bring your ID with you! (passport or driving licence). We are strictly not
    tattooing anyone under 18 years of age! Not even with parental consent.
  • You are welcome to bring food and drinks with yourself to your session. 
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable. 
  • Gift vouchers are transferable, with the condition that you need to let us know about your desire to transfer said voucher.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for exactly 1 year from the date of purchase.
